Project Description

The Underground Piping Works for Urea and Ammonia Petrochemical Complex No. 2 in Assaluyeh project was implemented to establish and develop safe and reliable infrastructure for the transfer of process fluids and utility services required by the petrochemical complex. The project scope includes procurement of equipment and materials, route preparation and excavation works, installation of underground pipelines, fittings and valves, welding and quality control activities, application of anti-corrosion coatings, mechanical protection of pipelines, hydrostatic and leak testing, backfilling and route stabilization, and connection of the pipelines to process units and auxiliary facilities. By establishing an integrated and reliable underground piping network, the project plays an important role in enhancing the safety, operational stability, and reliability of the Urea and Ammonia Petrochemical Complex No. 2 in Assaluyeh, while supporting the continuous and efficient operation of its process units.
