Project Description

The 42-inch Pipeline Coating Replacement Project in the Dorahan Area, covering approximately 20 km, was carried out to enhance corrosion protection, improve coating durability, and increase the operational safety and reliability of the pipeline. The project scope includes route preparation, earthworks and excavation, pipeline exposure, removal of the existing coating, surface cleaning and preparation, painting, application of a two-component polyurethane coating, and all associated works required for complete coating rehabilitation. The new protective coating provides an effective barrier against external corrosion and environmental exposure, helping to preserve pipeline integrity and extend its service life. The project contributes to safer, more reliable, and sustainable operation of the pipeline transportation infrastructure.
