Project Description

The Design, Procurement, and Construction of the Desalination Unit for South Pars Phases 6, 7, and 8 project was implemented to ensure a reliable supply of fresh water required by the operating units and to support production processes within one of the country’s most important gas complexes. The project scope includes engineering studies and design, procurement of equipment and materials, fabrication and installation of desalination equipment, construction of pipelines and process connections, installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, as well as performance testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. By providing a reliable and sustainable fresh water production capacity, the project plays an important role in supporting the operations of South Pars Phases 6, 7, and 8, improving facility reliability, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring continuity of production.
